This fast-paced symposium, led by Dr. William Sandborn, will be a vital update on the role of therapeutic drug monitoring to optimize management plans for Crohn’s disease. The faculty will review the evidence for TPMP-guided initiation of thiopurines and therapeutic drug monitoring in patients receiving longer term therapy. The role of pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics assessment in patients receiving anti-TNF therapy will also be discussed, including important new evidence from long-term trials. This program includes opportunity for discussion so that you can fully consider the clinical implementation of these strategies. |
